Southwark College is currently recruiting for an Admissions and Customer Services Manager (interim). This is a three-month full-time secondment that will be an excellent opportunity for a current or aspiring manager to hone their skills within professional services.
As part of the wider Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Directorate, this exciting role will work with the team in London and lead on the following in Southwark College:
- Line management of admissions, customer services and student finance colleagues
- Contribute to the delivery of the college recruitment targets.
- Oversee and ensure compliance of college admission processes.
- Oversee all incoming enquiries to the college, via central telephony and email services.
